I have monitos running to show my cpu load and gpu load while im gaming. My cpu load is about 33 to 45 % while my gpu load is about 60~ %, which I cap my fps at 60. If I remove my fps cap then gpu will hit 99%. Thanks for taking your time to try and help me with this.
Wow, it runs to 99% if you don't lock your fps. Odd that it doesn't try to dynamically ramp the GPU load depending on current need. It sounds like you have to force throttle XIV from running rampant.

When you alt-tab out and back in, do you see it want to load? Are you running full screen, or full screen windowed? Dual monitors? Have you tried to run it without the throttle?

Graphical lag is different from latency. Read the thread. His client is freezing completely (client will not execute any commands. If it was latency, he could tap abilities and watch the GCD go off and move around. This isn't the case).
