The 4th node isn't showing.

The green circle where the node is supposed to show is there, but the node is gone. I've had no problems doing this quest for the past week but today it chooses to simply disappear.

Steps: Grab Levequest from the Levequest NPC in Whitebrim.
Go to designated green area where the levequest takes place.
Go to all 3 nodes, then the 4th one.
Notice that the 4th node isn't appearing, yet the green area is, indicating that there is one.
