I've been running this current setup as the OT up to Coil turn 4 and everything else:

After consuming food, I have enough acc to reach cap.

During Turn 5, I switch my body piece to the Heavy Allagan Armor to give the extra +10 accuracy without sacrificing too much parry to get to accuracy cap.

I switch between La Noscean Toast (hq) and Finger Sandwiches (hq) depending on whichever is cheaper when I need to buy.
