Lobby server connection has encountered an error

I was getting it, I went to look at my firewall and saw that it wasn't running (Norton Internet Security).
I launched it, then oddly enough was able to get in.

Also (to anyone else that is having constant error 2002 and uses Nortons) I heard disabling then re-enabling Nortons has cleared up the issue for some. Obviously this did not work for my case, but it is something to try.
