This is actually a valid option to position the adds, allthough precasting medica 2 works fine as well and saves a valuable CD. You just need to have a Paladin covering the Whm and the whm dumping aggro after ~8 seconds. Very easy if not the most easy way to guarante the adds will be on spot. Drop a sacred soil for meassuring the explotionrange of the adds and None of the tanks have to think about anything.

You could so this if you're really bored of farming twintania every week and want to spice it up by overcomplicating the phase and making the healers work harder by giving them another target(with low defense and no mitigation) to heal...
