Ah, I TOTALLY missed the point of the convo then. You mean the WHM plays on aggro on purpose to pull them faster due to medica 2 and regen up? Gotcha.
Is it best to time a physick to land right when DS hits then lustrate to get the tank back up or just lustrate as soon as DS hits to get him up faster? Also, do tank's CDs need to be applied before Twin starts casting DS, like Adlo and Stoneskin, to be effective? We are having trouble keeping the tank up during conflags because he seems to always fall dangerouly low on hp after every DS, even when I have Adlo up and lustrate right after. He usually will survive the DS then die a second later to a plummet or auto attack (or both) right after even when I use lustrate. I probably just need to work on my timing, but thought I would ask to make sure im not missing anything.
You can avoid the healing debuff if you land a heal right as death sentence lands. Our WHM times it so he lands a Cure II right at that point and I have an Aldo landing then as well. I immediately blow a lustrate right after as well. If it takes 2 lustrates, then use 2 to get your tank back in the safe range. You should have plenty of lustrates to spare at this point.

One tip I got from these forums was to use Sacred Soil as your death sentence timer. Cast it right before or just as the first death sentence hits, then when the cooldown is back up, DS will be coming soon (in the next few seconds or so). My party does something totally different for conflags.... we stack my fairy and OT to the side and whoever gets fireball runs to the OT/fairy (or into the conflag). Sch tries to keep adlo/succor shield up on the party to help mitigate fireballs. Sacred Soil can be placed over the Tank and OT to cover both death sentence and fireballs. If OT gets fireball, they can take it as a duo (OT/Fairy). Everyone has 4400+ HP with food. This way you only have to heal two people at most (although the Fairy should help and be auto-spam healing Fireball targets already).
Rotate Eye for an Eye on the tank. Remember Sch and Smn cooldown for E4E is reduced due to the Acn trait.
