Thread: Seasonal gear and the Armoire.

I'm starting to feel this would be a case even the great Hildibrand couldn't crack. There is a "drawer" specifically for seasonal gear in the Armoire, yet once again we have a seasonal event that yields us 8 (+2 if you count the prismatic heart halves) items, out of which only three can be put in there. I know we supposedly have an "immense" amount of storage space with the retainers (not so much, with the multiple classes and crafting mats and all, imo), but I'd really like to know the governing logic behind this. If there is any at all; frankly, it feels like simple RNG that decides what may go in the Armoire and what not. Because if it was a clear-cut case, all or nothing, that would at least make some sense; the way it is though, some is ok and some is not, in every seasonal event, is just mind-boggling.

Not to mention I really don't understand why things like high ilvl gear in general (eg. DL set) can't be stored in there either...

The whole Armoire thing is outdated anyway, they should just do away with it completely... They should just add a tab on the players armory called "Costume", which contains all the event items. AF/Dorklight/etc can all just be converted to the vanity system once we don't need them for stats.

To add to that, the gear that can be stored existed before 2.0.

New gear becomes storable in the next major patch.
