    Fair point. - I only do this in dungies. But I do believe, like with Benidication, Cure registers post animation.

    Tis true! It works for me - hand on heart. It is, for sure, a split second timing action. I watch the cast bar on my Cure...up, up, nearly, just as it hits the end I click DS and boom mega cure hits tank.
    I am on PS3, so maybe the loading allows this to happen for me...cast bar finishes, and whilst I am in the last momments of my cure animation, before the actual cure hits, I DS. It registers.

    Either that, or by pure luck I ALWAYS get a CritHit Cure when I do this....which I think is unlikely....

    Could be a PS loading thing, then....try it and see.....perfect timing mind! Sometimes I miss, if I try DS too soon. I just watch that bar, and as soon as it hits the end - DS

    I can confirm the late DS trick, combining it with Medica II too. btw I'm from PS3 as well..

    Another little trick that I abuse is the delay that gives you the possibility to move right before the casting time ends, giving you more dodge opportunity. Works particularly well with Ultima HM.
