Because i see no one willing to play a class whose purpose is to sit there and buff people. Ask yourself, how many pug BRDs even bother to sing?

This is a ridiculous statement. Outside of Coil Turns 4/5 and maybe Titan EX, there is absolutely no use for Ballad. If your healer needs MP song all the time, he's either a bad healer that cant manage his mana or dps need to stop dying/dodge better.

Regardless of content and general situation, if the healer runs out of MP, bard should Ballad.
Doesn't matter if healer is bad or the dps can't dodge or tank not doing his job. Either you're a good bard, which is pretty rare, or you're the common bad bard.
