Yesterday I queued up for High level DR and I landed in Pharoes, to which I immediately thought...well I guess people will leave. To my surprise they didn't and was so happy then the tank said this: "First Run, how about you guys?"

Then I said well...win some lose some.

But again to my bigger surprise everyone stayed! And we failed so hard core on the first boss 4x death, second boss 1x death, 3rd boss 1x death, and last boss NO DEATHS!

But even with all those deaths...I felt very accomplished and happy that we kicked her arse in the end!

So just wanted to give a shout out to the anonymous players that stuck around Thank you and Lets do it again some time

And this is what playing Online MMORPGs is all about, not just everyone memorizing fights and "dodge stuff + i90 onry!" parties. Glad you had fun, this is the aspect of the game i think they really took away with the easy leveling and gear treadmill. No one can have fun failing anymore

Exactly it felt great to fail, and everyone stick together as a team and try and try again! Don't get me wrong if we failed the dungeon it wouldn't have as good a story lol

But still, we tried and it felt like a team! I miss that from randoms, I get that from my FC, thank you Nebula, but it felt good to do this with random people!

A lot of patience, first boss, and a little more on other area's went such a long way

Games are not fun for me unless I can die. I love dying, and by association trying as hard as I can not to die. The more times a game can kill me the better.


It could still make for a nice story even if you didn't clear it. People who stick it out to the end, pass or fail, are even more rare.
