We are currently looking to fill two situations in our FC.

1. A replacement DPS, BLM or SMN prefered but not required, (No Dragoons/Monks) for an inactive player in our Group 1 Coil Team

1. 12 Twintana Kills
   3/3 Extreme Primals
   Progressive raiding group

Some requirements for this group!

1. Experience up to twisters/dreadnaught in T5
   3/3 Extreme Primals
   Progressive raiding attitude (People wipe on new content when it's first released, a lot, focuses on min/maxing)
   Self-sufficient (Brings stat potions/consumables each raid)
   Active in FC Mumble
   Not loot oriented
   Thick skin (We're all college students/25 year olds)
   Good overall attitude
   Full i90 excluding weapon slot
   Can meet raid times of 7pm CST to 11pm CST Monday/Tuesday/Thursday (Right now we raid Monday 7pm to 8pm due to content being on farm, we will resume normal raid times come 2.2)
   Can have 100% attendance

Our second recruitment is focusing on creating a 3rd raiding group.

Raid times for this group are not currently set, but will be decided by the group leader once it is established.

5. DPS
6. DPS
7. DPS
8. DPS

Requirements for this group

1. Full Dark Light or higher
   Relic +1
   Some experience in coil preferred

A tank, healer, and DPS will be temporarily breaking off from our Group 1 and teaching/supporting group 3 until they are done with T5. The other three will raid with group 1 to learn the encounters. Even though the experience and gear requirement is relaxed, you will still be expected to play a level that matches the rest of the FC.
