Extreme Primals Scholar Way - Looking for members (2 Tanks, 6 Scholars)

I came across this video of Ifrit Extreme being cleared using 2 tanks, 6 scholars: Ifrit Ex
I would like to replicate this for all the other extreme primals for fun.

To see if this was really possible, I tried it for myself with people who haven't cleared Garuda Ex before. Here are the results: Garuda Ex We got to see all the phases.

Looking for a few members to meet up at times suitable for everyone.

Looking for the following roles:

• 2x Tanks (i80+)
• 5x Scholars (i80+)

If you are interested in trying to clear all 3 primal using this method, and you have cleared all 3 primal before, please post your In Game Character Name with the times you are available to play at, and I will pick people depending on the times they are available.

How has the runs been going? No videos or pics?

I am still collecting members to do this before I can post a win video.

I tried creating several groups over the past 2 weeks, each took over 2 hours to collect enough members to attempt. I guess there just isn't enough tanks/scholars on Balmung that is interested in this kind of stuff.

Finding members through party finder tends to attract people who enter the group, ask a lot of questions, get killed, and quit after 3 attempts.

The main problems I found with members using party finder is that I get a lot of players who killed by simple mechanics that you should be able to dodge in a normal party.
Example Garuda EX @ 3m 20s, you can see a scholar run straight into Garuda and get 1 hit killed by wicked wheel, and further on, you can see a scholar who dies because he wasn't standing inside the spiney shield.

I believe the main reason why I think it is taking a long time to form this is a combination of:
"party finder attracts a lot of tourists who just want to see the sights."
and
"the people who joined at the beginning of the 2 hour party forming have simply ran out of time and have to go."

TL;DR: Still waiting on 7 competent people to try this, currently have 4 people

I'm always down for this kinda stuff. Reminds me of smn and blm/rdm/sch burns in FFXI :P I've only tanked garuda ex tho so sch may be more comfortable atm for me :P

Speechless - i'll try to catch you on for this at some point in the next day or so. I love doing this kind of random stuff . Just a few weeks ago I was helping a friend who had just gotten sch to 50 and we went 3 sch and tank to AK for him was so much fun.
