Level 10 Alchemist Levequest has the wrong level, uses level 25 item

All the leves I've done (and I've done a small army of them) are supposed to be doable by yourself without having to rely on outside people, you're not supposed to be forced to buy the item to do them. That this one allows that, is an awesome happenstance allowing people (if its intended) to skyrocket their alchemy up, but something is very clearly wrong with this..
