PvP Linkshell? (Hyperion)

Does a PvP linkshell already exist? If not, would anyone be interested in joining one? I looked within the Hyperion server forums for posts about PvP, but every thread I found was for PvP-dedicated Free Companies. I suspect many of you who enjoy PvP already have a Free Company you are happy with (I know I do), so I would like to form a PvP linkshell if one does not already exist.

Here would be my goals for the linkshell:

1) Provide a place for PvPers at every level of experience (new to rank 30+) to find partners to play with, either temporarily or permanently. New players could play together. Rank 30 players could find other experienced players to play more competitively with (four man groups). Experienced players could join new players to observe, give advice, and 'show them the ropes'.
2) Give PvPers a place to ask questions and receive answers from more experienced players. Theory-crafting and the discussion of arena strategies in general would also be a great use of the PvP LS. The other day, someone asked me for advice on playing WHM in arena. I couldn't give them any advice because I don't play WHM in arena. It is my hope that a linkshell like this would help people like that.
3) Prepare for the inevitable addition of even more PvP content, such as objective-based gameplay (not just arena).
4) Form an actual PvP community, rather than just randomly queuing into a game with someone from your server and having no idea who they are.

If something like this already exists, can someone point me in the right direction? I did a search and did not find anything related to a PvP linkshell, but it is possible I'm just not searching for the right thing. Otherwise, I'll start one up if there are enough people interested.

As far as myself... I am nothing special, just a low rank Summoner attempting to gear up. I have, however, found it really hard to find people who also enjoy PvP on our server... and I know others feel the same way. I think if we formed a social community (linkshell) for PvP, we would all be happier in the end. It would also help people improve by bouncing ideas off one another.

I should note here, as I have done PvP in other games... I know the PvP community can get very aggressive, so putting a bunch of PvPers into one linkshell could make the atmosphere very heated. While it is okay to get excited and passionate about PvP, please don't ever be rude. I want the linkshell to be a safe place for people at all levels of experience... and that includes people entering their very first game. If you think someone is 'bad', either offer advice to help them get better or don't play with them.
