"Ifrit Ain't Broke" Quest Broken, Primal Extreme Questline Now Broken

World: Goblin (all zones probably started after exiting Ifrit Extreme )
Class/Level: Dragoon lvl 50
Area and Coordinates: Unknown (occur after leaving Ifrit Extreme Zone)
Party or Solo: Party 2 or 8 (in the duty I was in a party of 8 outside of the duty party of 2)
NPC Name: None
Monster Name: Ifrit Extreme
In-Game Time: 7:30am server time

Steps:
After completing Ifirt Extreme with the quest "Ifrit Ain't Broke" in my log the quest disappeared after exiting the duty, after downing the boss. I have no way to start the quest again or collect my reward. I did this on 2/3/14 at 12:30am. I have no way to continue game content at this point.

Please help! I have already submitted a bug report in game and submitted an in Game GM question. If possible I would like to finish the quest, collect my reward and restart my quest timer for the current week as I finished this before the timer reset this past Monday morning.
