PvP for Disciples of Magic is disastrously designed and woefully inconsiderate.

Scathing the healer while running from melee tends to be effective at making the healer heal themselves rather than their team, it won't pull large numbers, but at least you're doing something while running from the dogpile. Doesn't blow your mana in one shot either, kind of toying with the idea of going thm instead of blm, some of those defensive cds may make it worthwhile, can pick up the pvp int stat to make up the difference between thm and blm as far as int goes. The ancient magics (flare and freeze) really don't fit in to the way I play and manawall's cd is way too long. You still get manaward, firestarter, and all the other spells, except blm spells, in exchange for some defesive cds from maruder, gld, mnk, and lancer. The whole glass tiger thing doesn't work to well in Wolf's Den, need to hide in a zerg to make that work. I like thm in 30 and 40 cap, after I get more ilvl 70 gear level gld to 34, and maruder to 8 I can get do some testing and see how it performs.
