I think you fail to understand the reason that there is Production and User Test environments.

You know, they stated pretty much~
The battle system we are going to get in 1.18 is the same battle system they will build on for years to come. You're thinking what is comming has been beta tested or something?

If the game were up, or down. you would be getting the same system. And they will improve upon it in their own vision regardless of useless feedback.
