Well, the crafting apron set is used by waitress npcs in various bars and restaurants, especially in the Adventurer's Guilds (and ironically that gear is not gender locked - guys can wear it as well as girls!).
But yes, it does look very much like a maid dress. The costume offered with the Valentine's Day event at the moment though is more 'French Maid' fetish inspired though.
Kimonos were already offered back in 1.0 during the Moonfire Faire event - from what I heard though they're never being offered again sadly. And SCH AF is essentially a school uniform.![]()

We also need a nun outfit, a nurse outfit, a firefighter outfit, a lawyer outfit complete with a business case, a judge outfit with the wig and beard, a safari outfit, a pimp outfit complete with a walking pimp stick and a fancy hat....
I think they will offer them next year, because they didn't want to add yukata and other asian items at the beginning of the game.
I'm almost positive they said they'd give them out again for this year's Moonfire Faire along with new ones. They probably just didn't want to inundate players with 12 sets of swimsuits/yukata all at once for the first event.
