Bring back open world NM/HNM - Reinheart's version

First off I've done enough NM/HNM from XI days and I'm sick and tired of it.

However, I understand how it's fun for some people to hunt down these NM's, HNM's and gives that MMO feel, for some. The weapons/gears you received were rewarding, and that's what kept the players going. Problem for NM/HNM for me, personally, was the stats being too good, for some, and causing drama on who should get, why one group is hording it... blah, blah... this will most likely happen anyways but we got the instanced battles and dungeons for those this time in FFXIV:ARR.

I know this wouldn't interest some people, could be most, but what if they dropped not so good gear, stats are really pointless, however it was one of the coolest looking piece of gear that can be used for vanity? What if it dropped the best looking outdoor/indoor furniture where you get your brag rights for your FC?

This game is missing open world, and some people brought up the bring back the open world NM/HNM but this is my version. Don't bring in gears/weapons we got those already, bring in some best looking stuff, stuff you can brag about to everyone. Also it'll bring back achievements for hunting down NM's leading to other possibilities.

And no... no FATE for this, have it locked down, just like the guild leve on the single party or alliance (if we get form alliance command) if they wipe, others can pull.
