I see no reason why they can't be converted into Materia when all the crafted i70 can be.

I'm hoping when 2.2 comes out they relieve some of the restrictions on the DL. I agree that some could be used for vanity, but other than that there really isn't any other options aside eating up inventory/retainer space. If not just making it convertable, at least let us stash the crap in the Armoire.

It served it's purpose for one Job. I use my i87 BRD to gear up most of my alts, but when 2.2 hits and DL is obsolete it's gonna be kinda lame just tossing all of that gear.
