I didn't say it was easy to accept and I definitely didn't say it was acceptable... I have been on this earth long enough to realize that you need to let things go accept the fact that things are the way they are and not let it bother me... My beta consisted of me playing for about 6 hours before I got the 3201 and was locked out for the rest of the beta... I was ruffled at first, but being upset hurts no one but yourself... I let it go I moved on they fixed the issue...Im not gonna do anything more i tryed all i can. Im tired of this! How can they treat me like this? Again im not against about a rollback but 23 days? omg! I cant believe u think it's easy to accpet like that. What about all this days? Should i had be offline? OFC not! Im paying to play but they took so long for this that killed me.

What i wish is that u guys know how the company works. They don't care about 3 4 5 10 weeks if u ask for a rollback.
Regardless of how metalhulk is presenting the situation; it amazes me that people still defend SE's "customer service".
Weird. Maybe they've had different experiences than you and, quite reasonably, don't take all the crap that splats its way onto the forums at face value. Were I you, I'd save my "amazement" for something worthwhile.

They gave him exactly what he asked for and they me exactly what I asked for a rollback I'm amazed you he expected something different then what he asked for.
When did you ask for the rollback, on the 8th or was it later than that.
If you asked for your stuff back on the 8th, don't get back to you for 23 days and then all of a sudden roll back any progress you've made since then without asking you about it, then that's garbage.
If they said the only way you get your gil back is to roll back your account, and you told them to go ahead and do it without realizing you'd lose all progress since the incident, then that's sort of your fault. Although they should have probably been more clear in that case.
This thread is so full of typos.
But after 23 days they should have asked him if he still wanted the rollback, specially knowing that his account wasn't locked and he kept playing, after all he still had an active subscription.
