They rolled back your account when your account was hacked... Thats what they do thats the policy what do you expect customer service to do?

You kept playing knowing darn well you asked for a rollback I think categorize as doing something wrong.

Yeah i was expecting a 3-4 day rollback that is normal What a serious company would do!

But 23 days? Is that even rasoable?

By the time it was passed 23 days have become unaceptable!!!!!

A real service would try to decrease the damage on my char but not giving a full thrust 23 days rollback!
