    Direct from the aetherytes
    Fire > Ice > Wind > Fire

    "Earth grounds lightning, but is eroded by water."
    "Lightning boils water, but is grounded by earth"
    "Water erodes earth, but is boiled by lightning"
    which means
    Earth > Lightning > Water > Earth

    the most weird one is that Ice beats wind... but go figure
    Oh sorry I didn't know they changed it in this game... I was going off memory in FFXI lol ; ;

    I find it weird that they have 2 different circles, one light one dark I would assume but still...

    Yeah Ice beating wind is strange but was like that before. "Ice obstructs wind, but is melted by fire"
    makes sense, a big wall of ice obstruct the gust, no?

    Its weird that its not light and dark either....
    Fire, Wind and Lightning are Astral.. and it makes sense, they are all "Sky" based elements

    Earth, Ice and Water are the Umbral elements and they seem more terrestrial based

    But the elemental hierarchy isn't split like that, it's weird
