A strange problem with the graphics.

Good day everyone.

It is fun what I'm going to say, after two weeks playing, but... I'm having problems with the graphics of the game, the oriented ones to battle, for be exact (In the rest of matters the graphics are awesome and okay)

But I noticed that in my battles I have a lack of all the effects that make it more beautiful in battle, and also some monsters have no texture. For example: Wind Sprite, Lightning Sprite, Firefly... Are some examples. I thought that was normal because Wind Sprite, invisible, could be okay... But Lightning Sprite...

I checked gameplay videos today in youtube, for example, of a thaumaturge... And I have no flames surrounding me when I'm under astral fire, My fireball has no effect, etc...

Any way to solve this, people?

My pc has a good graphic card, the graphics I set are standard PC ones, I use the SO in Spanish (Because I'm a Spaniard) and my unique probable idea is that I downloaded it bad.

In that case, how to download it again, or re-install, or something?

You say your PC has a good graphics card, but what do you consider to be a good GPU? Are your drivers up to date and DirectX?

Aye! It is an ATI Radeon HD 5570 and in theory the catalys, drivers and all that is updated, that's why I'm wondering if it was a trouble in the installation of the game.

There is also an option to turn off visual effects in game but it should be on by default. I don't remember where that option is. I can look later tonight.

And it did help, that thread solved everything! A lot of troubles I had and things I was missing. For example I didn't know about the opening movie, and... All those effects look awesome after being without anything!

I confirm it, if you use a Ati Radeon. In Catalyst center you have to select "Use antialiasing of the application". So, the problem was that my graphic card decided to use the antialiasing it wanted, instead of the game's one.

To be honest, I already had the annoying idea that I'd need to reinstall the game or something like that.
