    Did not receive 270 day veteran reward.

    Hello,

    I recently resubscribed for 180 days. I was subscribed for 90 days prior to purchasing the 180 day sub.

    180+90=270 but I only got the veteran reward for 180 days.

    Is there anyway I could get my reward? The only reason I did a 180 day sub was to get it.

    Are your veteran rewards confirmed on the Mog Station?
    If so, they should be on the Moogle delivery next time you log in.

    got billed for my 180 days and paid it, where are my veteran rewards SE? Submitted two tickets and have not heard anything, typical as SE's technical/customer service is basically non-existent.
