Coil Turn 1 Loot Issue

Party, 8 members

None.

Monster Name: Caduceus
Steps:
1) I joined Coil with a preformed group of friends in game.
2) We entered Binding Coil of Bahamut Turn 1 as a new instance.
3) We fought the ADS module and trash mobs before boss.
4) After successfully defeating the boss, I skipped the cut scene and the two loot chests were opened.
5) First item was for BRD.
6) Second was the Allagan Circlet of Casting.
7) The double Bards in our instance were rolling each other for their item.
8) I was the only Caster in the party and need rolled the circlet and kept waiting for the item.
9) After I thought I won my item (heard music but didn't check Armoury Chest) I exited Turn 1 like most of the party had already done.
10) I opened my inventory to equip my new armor piece to discover that it was not there
11) I had an extra slot in my armoury chest as well as space in inventory.
12) no error message was displayed, but was told as I exited that the item was not attained and it rot in the chest.

If I could please recieve the gear that I won and deserved from the run that would be great. Please reply with answers about this issue.

Reposting due to not hearing any resolve of my issue from last thread only being closed with a response of how to reply to it. The logs should still show that the gear was unattained and should easily be fixed. I would prefer talking to a Senior GM if possible to try and get this issue fixed. Thank You.
