    There's a huge difference in on shotting between wars and plds.
    PLD+20% DR has the Same Effect as WAR+25% HP.

    So if a boss hits the tank for 2k Damge

    7.5k HP WAR - 2k = 5.5k (73% HP Left)
    Equally geared PLD will have 6k Health -1600 (20%mitgated) = 4400 (73% HP Left)
