[Another] Event Suggestion: "Festival of the Hunt!"

I really loved this Festival in FFIX and would like to see it here again, but wouldn't there be to many Players? I can already see 200 Players swarming one Monster...

It would depend on the sever, that's why the instance idea was proposed instead because of the issue that some servers (such as mine) would just come in their droves of thousands.

Instancing the event into parties would be an appropriate solution but the downside would be it would loose the 'community' feel that would really make this event interesting.

Using instances would rule out this problem, no?

This seems to be the biggest issue, but it's also an interesting one.

FFXIV can be too safe and convenient and worry about stepping on peoples toes and causing offence or inconvenience.

It'd be nice for them to take a risk for once and do something dangerous, difficult and daring in a normally safe (and increasingly empty) space.
