getting in on that market before SE nerf the shit out of T5 and make it easy in 2.2, good idea but im not so sure your prices are worth it concidering your not activly carrying someone. there is also nothing stopping the client (lets say monk and monk fists drop) from just needing the weapon and leaving without paying the extra 7-10mil, there is literly nothing you can do about it.
