Steps:
1. At Behemoth, player began to purposefully run into Behemoth and aggro it, causing the Alliance to run in and begin the fight, then the player would run out and not participate in the fight; he was a tank and was outside the fight and did not attend to tower duty and refused to communicate. This was done multiple times until not only the party was irritated at this immature manner, but the whole alliance was.
2. The party who had this player in their group then decided to vote-kick this player due to his manner and behavior.
3. The party re-queues for another tank to replace the player.
4. The same tank re-queues for Crystal Towers in progress and gets back into the same Alliance he was in and was behaving badly in.
5. The party who got this very same player they just vote kicked minutes before decide to vote kick him once again.
6. The party re-queues for another tank to replace the player.
7. The same tank re-queues for Crystal Towers in progress and gets back into the same Alliance he was in and was behaving badly in.
8. The party who got this very same player they just vote kicked minutes before decide to vote kick him once again.
9. Repeat cycle.

Before this gets closed possibly again, I want to point out that I specifically posted it here in the "In-Game Bugs" because I am 90% sure this is not a 'working as intended' issue. Just as when you block someone from a friends list in any social networking or instant messaging service, they are unable to write/join you in any kind of contact, and this should be the same way-- especially when harassing other players or purposefully taking the fun out of the game and irritating so many people.
