Any words on looking for group system enhancement

Any words on looking for group system enhancement? Is SE going to give us FFXI seeking for group flag system? What is the time frame for it?

I am really suffering from spending hours trying to form a group or just going solo with terrible SP.

To me this is more important then the 1.18 patch.

Well, i think first they need to make a battle system where being in a group isn't pointless spamming of abilities.

And to do that, they are going to need to have defined jobs/roles and not a bastardized armory system, and have it in effect at level 1 (if they want new players to pick up this game).

And with the speed that "major" changes are made... um... 3 years?

Eventually they'll change the name to final fantasy forever! It will re-release in 12 years.

Yeah I'm beginning to rescale the time I expect this game to be 'ready' by. I guessing most people thought a year, as did I. I'm now expecting more like 18months to 2 and a half years with all the changes they have mentioned.

A raid search option will be added along with a feature that allows players to indicate they are searching for a party outside of raids.

Great news! I had always wondered why a seek function hadn't been implemented. Is there plans to add "/sea all" with the addition of the seek function?
