    we need Gunblades! ^^

    seriously though..the bad guys have them..why cant we? it makes absolutely NO sense at all whatsoever that we dont. even if its just from acquiring them from enemies or something. its one of the best additions in final fantasy history and it would be such a fun addition

    Would be pretty simple to re-use the model, and when it is equipped adds another skill on lets say a 180 second cooldown with a 15 yalm range that's basicly a gunshot. Seem trivial really.

    Only reason they havent done so yet is probably due to lore.

    That said, you did get a gunblade with that pink girl's event thing. No one cared about FFXIII though, but that one. That's a gunblade.

    Even though Lightning's gunblade is really just a regular sword with a fold out fancy blade (the gun component is non-functional), and hence can only be equipped by GLA/PLD.

    it would be cool to see it implemented in a new class possibly. but yeah, its a total lore-breaker. they could always add new races/main towns in the future tho.
