Lance of Destiny quest bugged

World name: Cactuar
Character name: Ammarin Forester
NPC name: Bloody Boar Tusks
Class/Level: 22
Party or solo: Solo
Area and coordinates: Eastern Shroud - The Bramble Patch
Steps:
1. I have placed the 10 bloody boar tusks.
2. I am on the portion of the quest that asks you to wait by the bloody boar tusks.
3. Right clicking on the bloody boar tusks does not perform the "waiting" interaction that it is supposed to.

I have attempted dropping the quest to redo it multiple times (at least 3 at this point).

I have attempted every suggestion from every thread I can find, including everything in a reddit post that I created: http://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/commen...0_quest_issue/

In game, I have seen upwards of 10-15 lancers attempting to complete this quest, all of them not able to.

First off, the thread you linked is unresolved. Second, if I hadn't attempted everything the community has suggested I wouldn't be here. Finally, you closed a thread that you did not post a resolution to.

Other players are having this issue. It is time for you to actually address it.

Just an update, I leveled PGL and was able to do each of the class quests up through 20 without issue. I went back to try the level 20 LNC quest and still cannot get the instance to start.
