Rank 30 4v4

Have any rank 30 groups ever que for 4v4 bracket? I mostly see them still running in a 3man premades making it extremely discouraging for many people still grinding. I enjoy those games but sympathize with the many lower geared people still behind. Step up rank 30's and start playing some real competitive games and stop farming. This is why the community is getting stale and we have the opportunity to do something about it. I wish I could que 4v4 but my server is severely lacking in not only rank 30's but dedicated pvpers.

It is really hard to say I want to do 4s when you get into a queue and stay there for 50 minutes. Even if you did get someone to agree to do 4s against you chances are one side is better skilled than the other which demotivates the losing party. Cause you know you're going to face them again and you are going to lose again, unlike where it is random where the mentality of "There are more horrible players out there than me" to keep you hopes high to win the next game.

Heck I personally wish I could play with better skilled players but they aren't on most of the time. And once you hit 3.5k games played you pretty much can identify which are the good ones and which are the bads. And trust me you will see 20-30 bads 50 average players before stumbling into one that can really outplay.

Seen Rank30 Healers who can't cast heal under pressure? Tanks who do sub 10k dmg in a 3mins fight? Melee DPS who does sub 10k DMG in a 3mins fight? A BLM who can't sleep anyone when he doesn't have Swiftcast or Nightwing? I've had my fair share of frustration from these players. Needless to say these people will remain trying to 3man or solo queue, and sometimes even how bad they are you still lose to a Rank30 SCH who just sits there and spam Adloquium on himself, sets Fairy on auto and Lustrate if someone is low. Due to being Ilvl 70, even if you ask us Rank 30s to move up not all people are up for the increase in challenge.
