If I have 300 INT and 150 MND on a regular SMN and 270 INT and 180 MND on a SCH oriented ability point SMN (obviously very different in game, but go with it) then cleric stance would switch those values and the SMN would become 180 INT and 270 MND...even with slight boost in attack dmg from cleric stance, cleric stance would overall substantially decrease a SMN's output.

There is no solution to problem other than separating the ability points (unfortunately...unlikely), dealing with a 30pt gimp...or putting 15 in each and sort of rolling with it. It sucks for min-maxers...but a 15 deficit is easier to deal with if you want to play both equally.
uh what?
Giving cleric stance would help. In your own example, if you just poored all the points into mind, then used cleric stance on the summoner, wouldnt you have higher int then your example AND have the damage boost from cleric stance?

You'd have the points where you want them on each class.
