20day rollback on my char and know relic quest is not showing. Slow support team.

The support team is so bad that my account was hacked and after 20 days of investigation they gave me my money back but i got a 20day roll back on my main char. Have any1 ever saw a 20 days roll back? IS that acceptable? LOL!

While the investigation was occurring i had no ETA on how long would take. I decided to keep playing but was not waiting for this. A 2 or 3 day rollback is acceptable but 20 days? all the gear i got it and myth farmed no way im gonna do that again.
Also i did the relic quest on my blm and know i got this rollback and the quest is not showing again.

What u ppl think?
