Fieldcraft Laves when in party

What is up with this nonsensical rule of not being able to do fieldcraft leves when in a party. As far as I know, party members don't give you bonuses or buff you. It's the bloody chocobo thing all over again.

I don't know if this also applies to tradecraft leves but I wouldn't be surprised if it does. This is bugging me :P


On a side note, which craft is best alongside mining? Goldsmithing?

No, you only talk to a NPC.
Crafting or buying is outside of the leve (you don't activate the leve).

On a side note, which craft is best alongside mining? Goldsmithing?

I don't see why it breaks things.

I like being in a party with my hubby, I very rarely do anything online without my hubby. Yet we are forced to solo a bunch of content. I play a online game to be able to play with him vs soloing games.

Cant queue in DF if your choco is out,
Cant do leve's when in a party
cant do this
Cant do that
Cant do such
Cant send tells in dungeons
Cant check friendslist and or FC list when in dungeons..

It is time Yoshi did something about it and make it like any other mmo. This is simply so archaic it is pathetic.

Definitely! Some of it is to do with servers and I can understand why they can't or won't do it at the moment, but things like having a chocobo in a party and doing certain leves in parties are basic things that should not be so complicated! And if they are then they messed up when building the game
