    Making Gil?

I read on the forums how people should easily be making a lot of money, as in hundreds of thousands, per day. How is this accomplished? Right now I have almost half a million worth of goods on the market. This includes 2-star crafts with materia attached priced at 100K. I run my daily beast quests and roulettes. Still I'm not generating the numbers eluded to on posts.

Again, how should I go about making all that money?

(I'm a level 50 Weaver, Goldsmith, and Alchemist.)

Mercing (selling runs) pays very well. You can make millions every hour, depending on the amount of customers and competition.
Crafting has pretty low margins at the moment unfortunately.
    You could always farm materia.
Outside of that, you can do the general "broker" way and buy low/sell high. Watch patterns and see when certain items become more expensive (prices tend to increase on weekends, for example). Try to predict what the market will be doing in the future (due to things such as new patches or events) and act accordingly.

I tend to gather mats and sell em, not a lot of money, true, but it is pure profit.

I make anywhere from 200k to 600k a day (average closer to 250k), just selling crafted stuff.

I don't have a group that could farm, let alone sell, extreme primal runs. This isn't really a valid option right now.

Thanks, I'll keep this in mind.

That's good for you, but it doesn't really answer my question.

2-stars sell pretty slowly -- only the accessories sell more than 1 a day on Coeurl. Instead, look to other markets. Vintage Hora sell for 8k on our server, and I can make them for about 500 gil worth of mats. Keep one of those up. Goblin Longswords sell as well -- cheaper, quicker spiritbond stuff. Many markets are basically commoditized, like many pieces of crafting gear. Best way to make reliable gil right now, though, is spiritbonding. Make a group of 1-2 combatants and as many crafters as you can fit (wearing i55 crafting gear). Crafters run into a wall and gain spiritbond for doing nothing; everyone converts after 30m and equips next set.

Thanks for the info. By "spiritbonding", do you mean selling the materia? Or selling gear for others to spirit bond?

I mean selling the materia. It's mainly a way of getting around the limitations of market size in more profitable markets. Many materia are very valuable, like crafting materia and the materia used for relic melds (savage aim, battledance, quicktongue III).

Fieldcrafts, Beast tribe dailys, daily roullettes, "selling" crafting powerlevel (make all HQ turnins for the leves and sell them to a person directly, 1-50 is about 250-300k on coeurl atm), as mentioned already selling relic chain clears. Just to name the ones that come to the top of my head quickly.
