I have done plenty of Duty Finder and usually always have someone i have to explain the run to....and you know what? It hasn't inconvenienced me at all.Because spending hours of your time to help someone that you'll probably never meet again is some how the right thing to do. So instead of actually trying to beat content, you end up as a trainer.
That's because it benefits your fc to train you to do content. You being more geared and all helps your fc be better. I'm sure if you guys df content together you wouldn't be explaining fights to newbies over and over again.
