Common Courtesy with End-game Raids/Dungeons

Indeed if you help people they will help you succeed. I was in an Ultima fight today and thought it will go down the drain because we had one healer new to the fight and havent seen any video. So we told him what to do and what to expect and avoid from the fight, and guess what? We won on the first try. ^^ If you go in without telling that new guy what to do you would probably fail and keep failing over and over, specially if that person is using an important role like a healer for such fight.

And for the response, you get the healer that refuses to listen and wants to learn it himself.... except he doesn't. I've seen both, but the latter pushes you away from wanting to help anyone. If everyone, or most everyone was as you say, many fights in DF wouldn't be nearly as bad as they are.
