Apkallu Egg's - Bots there 24/7 - Reported over 3 months - NO ACTION

Hello all,

The main point of this thread is try and get attention to the Apkallu Egg bot's in Costa del Sol (x 28, y 35). Now according to the Form's rules and policies I may not post any information about the specific's of the character. So I will try and be as ambiguous as possible. This should provide zero reasons for a Forum moderator to remove this post, as I am not breaking any rules "If I am, I am sure to be possibly banned".

The one character I have seen and I am hinting at, is always playing a Level 50 BARD. You can go to these cordinates, (x 28, y 35) in Costa del Sol and see this character standing there now.

If Square-Enix need's help in analyzing the information which I would hope be logged in the Database, they can always hire me on as I am a Systems Engineer. I will gladly do the work they are obviously not.

Another note to Square-Enix. If you are going to enforce a character count on forum posts, you should include a character count tracker. There is absolutely no reason not to, as it would be a client-side JavaScript handler and not put any additional load on the Server; considering the Server is processing and validation the character count already and relaying this info on POST BACK. Poor design or just lazy on Square's part.

Square Enix bans in waves so they have time to analyze and investigate the botters before they can ban them.

And I would be ok with that, because I know I at least tried to get some attention to this lingering problem. I have talked to so many people afraid to post on the forums because of it.

No, they don't. If they did that, the bots would just move on to something else. Moving the eggs only solves 1 bot problem. Removing the bots solves the bigger issue (in theory).

Bots will always be here. There just needs to be more than one place to obtain an item.

It's like Diremite Webs. Why the hell are there only two spawns of them in the entire world that yields the item, when we have countless spawns of useless Marmots? Also, why can't those items be obtained via Botany? We can get feathers from various birds, but a web being stuck in a tree is unheard of? Come on Square...
