Cape Westwind Appearing in Low Level Duty Roulette

I was in Eastern La Nocsea at X26 Y23 when duty was commenced.

Steps:
I queued for Low Level Light Party Roulette on my level 50 Bard and went to harvest on Botanist while waiting for duty to pop. It popped surprisingly quickly. I only had time to harvest two nodes when the duty window appeared. I changed back to Bard and clicked Commence. I was then placed into a Full Party in Cape Westwind.

I double checked after the duty was completed. My Low Level Duty for the day was now shown as "Reward Already Received". All other Roulettes still show reward available. So it definitely put me into Cape Westwind through Low Level Roulette. This was the only Duty I have attempted at all today as well.

I don't think this is a bug. Cape Westwind is a lvl 49 trial, which means it's not considered part of endgame content. When DR was first released, I only got dungeons/trials up to lvl 25 but lately I've found myself in everything from Satasha to Aurum Vale. Haven't had Cape Westwind yet but it makes sense to include it in the low level DR.

Cape Westwind is intended for the low level roulette because it's not a leevel 50 instance

You know what, you might be right. I assumed from the description that it meant Light Party Trials and dungeons only, but it does mention Trials up to 49, and the only 49 Trial is Westwind. I think the wording just messed me up.

Interesting to see it can actually be in roulette though, haven't heard of anyone getting that at all. It is kind of a narrow frame, being 1 level where a person would qualify AND be doing low levels on that job.
