Cant get past the updater/launcher check

whenever i attempt to start the game, It will sit at the screen where it says "checking the FFXIV launcher/updater version". After it sits and is trying to load, it will then say "Unable to complete version check" along with 4 error codes. I've uninstalled the game countless times and re-installed it, but still nothing! The error codes are as follows "30605" "20448" "10009" "10019". I'm paying to play the game. Not sit and look at error codes. PLEASE HELP!

I am getting the same thing. I downloaded the collectors edition last night and created my character and everything. I try logging on today and I get..."Unable to complete version check." [30605][20448][10009][10019].

I have tried everything I can find on the forums so far and nothing works.

I contacted customer support. I will let you know if I find anything out.

I figured it out for me. I have Malwarebytes on my computer. I uninstalled it and now the game boots just fine.
