    Lag Lag Lag every day.. are we getting a Refund for this days???

    We must get a refund for all this days that the game has become UNPLAYABLE.

    I have no problems at all in any of my other games. Only in Final Fantasy XIV.

    SE please understand this.. This lag spikes started soon after the latest patches.. for me after 2.15.. before that I NEVER had a latency issue.. I'm playing since the 1st Beta and never had lag or latency.. not once

    Cau you please revert what you did to the Datacenter and server and let us play like we should??? we already paid this.. this must be fixed and we must get a REFUND for all the game time lost this last weeks.

    Wow this subject... Has it been 48 hours already and time to start another lag post...
    At least it didn't have the fix the lag or i'm quitting attached to it...

    This is not helpful. Don't be surprised by posts about lag; SE customer support specifically tells some users to make a post on the forums about issues that they are unable to resolve.

    There are multiple posts that people can reply or add on too... There is no need to start a new thread on a subject that has been beaten into the ground... Lag comes from a lot of different scenarios... The servers, the internet provider, the system being used, the connection you have whether wireless or wired, the time of day, traffic, server stress, ect... People need to stop complaining and asking for refunds until they can prove it's SE's fault and once they do prove it they can look at the TOS and see that's what they agreed to...

    So far it seems they don't see the forums or they haven't noticed that we have this problem almost for 2 weeks already.

    Costumer service doesn't work the weekends and if you contact them you get and automatic response from a bot and no one help you.

    This is really simple.. this started for me and many other after patch 2.15.. before that we never had latency issues.. so it's clear that the problem started with the latest patches and SE must fix it

    This is not a F2P game.. I'm paying every day to play and if I can't enter an instance or play the game.. it's my money being wasted so I have the right to ask for a fix.

    This didn't started today and I'm QQ'ing right away.. this problem has been for weeks and I haven't see ONE single post about it from the Devs.

    I want my game time back.. I haven't been able to play this week.. I tried Coil and it was lagging all over the place.

I'm not asking for a refund (just unsubbing before the next billing cycle). "Lag" comes in various forms for various reasons and no one can prove it's the fault of whatever company. In some cases it's been narrowed down through trace routes to problem nodes like Level 3 or Cogent. But, if no one's bumping the threads already started, the best chance of getting your issue noticed is to start a new thread. I browsed through the resolved section of the tech support forums and found some threads deemed resolved simply because there wasn't a reply to it in a while - not because an actual resolution had been found.
