The Lightning Strikes quests need to be available to everyone.

The quest rewards are all level 13 items.
WHY did you make it impossible for someone NEW to FFXIV to get the entire set?
I struggled to level 26 before the end of the last Lightning Strikes event just to get the quests for the first two Fates.
Glad I'll finally be able to complete the set! But many others won't unless they live at a desk and never go to sleep, that is

It's not like a level 50 is going to use this gear in game, BUT it DOES have good stats for players of the right level.,who can only get one piece.

Just make all the quests obtainable by anyone level 12 or higher. Issue resolved.

PLEASE for the love of god SE, do not shut out your low levels from participation like so many other games do. It's very disheartening, and leads to bad reviews, which in turn leads to prospective new players not bothering to try this awesome game.

Anyone who didn't get everything the first time will be able to get them again later this month when the event comes back. If you can't get to level 38 from November 14, 2013 to February 2014.. You're doing it wrong o.o

lol you can get to lvl 13 in a day just by doing hunting logs alone. not to mention fates which is totally soloable in 1-10

um level up and you most likely will not have this issue again. its not necessarily a shut out they have to include higher level people as well....

20 days is honestly plenty of time to hit 38, especially if you do the low level duty roulette every day once you're 16.

Level 38 is reasonably available to everyone within the 20-day time frame for this event that we're being given a second chance to do.

If look at all the other events, SE has been very good about keeping events available to low levels. Not only were/are players given time to level, but this is the second running of the same event. Be grateful they even decided to give people a second chance.

Ummm what. Lose sleep? O.o it doesn't take long at all to get to the required level....

The final quest was level 44 i believe. I know as i was 3 levels away when it ended.
Also i thought this items will be part of Vanity?
