How did I defeat Garuda you ask?
Well it simple I joined a DF that had just beaten her and when I got it in the end, I got told that I defeated without lifting a finger. I was even allowed to loot (which I did not, cause I did not deserver it). Got the xp, the myth stone and the quest update.

So to all you player that have managed to beat her, at the end enable DF again so that a poor soul can get in and say I DEFEATED GARUDA!!!

This would only work if someone DCed or got vote kicked for some reason just before the kill as it wont ask you to replenish ranks after the kill if someone leaves. The only way to abuse this would be to intentionally boot someone who already had a clear right before the kill and then hope the person queuing in progress got into your group. Would be a longshot and not worth it since she's simple anyways.
