[Suggestion] Introduce Raid Leader in-game Parser.

On a personal level I would love for the parser to work in any situation without restrictions. However, I posted a thread earlier last week about wanting an accurate parser, I was crucified. So I decided to let the thread die, post a new one with restrictions that guarantee no abuse or harassment to gather players support. What I got now is most players ignoring/not reading everything I wrote in the OP, jump to conclusion and assume the worst. I tried to account for everything by suggesting the restrictions, yet the majority did not even bother to read them. At least that what I understood so far from those who object.

I don't understand why players would object to a useful tool, can't be abused with the restrictions I suggested.
