[Suggestion] Introduce Raid Leader in-game Parser.

Sadly it won't happen. All of the bad players that don't know how to do their rotations will complain and will get defensive and call us elitist....... I just use the FFAPP and if I see someone doing very poorly I remove them from the group or remake a new one. However the biggest cause of failures I have dealt with have nothing to do with peoples DPS. They usually fail at mechanics.

I have to join PF groups on my MNK by using accessories from my WAR due to the silly ilvl requirements some people set. Aside from one EXTitan run I have been top DPS with all DL gear and primal claws. There are many people in this game new to raiding in MMO's and its very obvious. I shouldn't be beating people in DPS who are in full allagan gear......

My first EXtitan kill was a PF grp I made with a ilvl 75 requirement.

Parses/damage meters make me a better DD.

They should let us use addons. That is one of the biggest reasons why WoW is still a powerhouse. Customization. PC gamers LOVE to customize their rigs and games. This game needs addons badly...very badly.
