    Not sure if this is the right place to ask/post, but is there a way to mail items to your other characters without using a 3rd party (other player?)

    Nope. The best bet we'll have is a possible shared retainer (please note I didn't say this WAS going to be implemented).

    If both of your characters are in the same FC and you trust the other people not to take your stuff then you can stick items in the FC chest for your character. I do it all the time.
