If u got to the ultima cast then mechanically u are doing fine but ur not sliding enough dps in. as a SMN dps in Ultima, i wonder if you could bane your dots to nearby lazers when they come out that would be a great start on 2 (maybe 3) lazers.

You can. While it helps a bit Bane will only spread your DoTs to 3 targets, as such I tend to spam Miasma II while running from laser to laser.

Bane does help but it's also tough since you want your DoTs to be as fresh as possible before you spread, and also the bits need to be relatively close to each other. This method actually works WONDERS on Garuda's plumes though. You can easily cut their health by half.

Another issue I have is playing on the PS3. I have to do button gymnastics when switching between the two main hotbars I use + the pet hotbar. The worst is when I accidentally send my pet away because I messed up the hotbar switch.

As WAR off-tank I also like to pop a couple Steel Cyclones in the middle of them too 8)
As a DRG... I just poke them one at a time all sad like =(
